“Great hiking tour with Maciej. Unfortunately due to the rainy and foggy weather we couldn't go to Roque Nublo, but the hiking was still great. “Interesting and informative. Good guide and driver. Confusion at morning pickup. Waited in very good time at the designated ‘Bus Stop’ but was not met. Rescued by a manager and driven to join the group. Told I should have been directly on opposite side of road at a red tourist stop. Perhaps the guide or driver could have looked out for a single man and seen me.”

“This tour was one of the highlights of my trip to the island. Pablo was an excellent guide and took us to some truly spectacular spots to watch the sunset over the volcanic landscape — the views were absolutely stunning. After sunset, we explored several viewpoints around the area, including beautiful perspectives of Roque Nublo and other iconic sights. Delicious snacks were provided along the way, with great vegetarian options, which was a lovely touch. Once night fell, the real magic began. We waited as the sky filled with thousands of stars, and Pablo shared fascinating stories about the constellations, which we could even observe through binoculars. Seeing planets, shooting…”

“The host cancelled the excursion at 6pm the day before, citing a forecast of rain. In fact the forecast showed only a 15% chance of rain. The day itself was the warmest and driest for several weeks according to a local. However had it rained I imagine it would have been the lighest of showers (as had been the case the day before) and nowhere near sufficient to render the excursion either unsafe or unenjoyable. There was no response from the host to my message requesting a refund. I had to go out of my own way and contact Viator. I now need to wait three to seven working days…”

“Inez and Juan are a super cool couple! Juan is a top driver who picks you up at your hotel and drops you off again. Ines provides lots of facts about the island and everything around it. You also get a lot of explanation during the walk! Definitely recommended to book here. We had a super fun day! Since this year you can no longer go to Roque Nublo by car, you have to reserve your place and go by public transport.
